  • 1/4 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Lemon - juice
  • Sunflower Oil - for cooking
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
  • Salt - to taste
