1 cup Arhar dal (Split Toor Dal)
1 Mango (Raw) - peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 Onion - finely chopped
1 Tomato - finely chopped
4 cloves Garlic
3 Dry Red Chillies
1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
10 Curry leaves
