  • 1 Mango (Raw) - peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato - finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
  • 10 Curry leaves
