  • 300 grams Green beans (French Beans) - chopped
  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 2 Green Chillies - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 4 sprig Chives - or spring onions
  • Mustard oil - for cooking

Once the fat is fiery introduce in the cumin seeds and let them crackle.Once the cumin seeds have crackled introduce the onions and green chillies and saute them till the shallot turns translucent.Once done introduce in the carrot, green beans , table salt and saute well till the vegetables are cooked.After the vegetables have cooked introduce the turmeric ground mix, coriander ground mix and pulse well to combine.introduce your cooked rice and seasoning with table salt, pulse well and coat the vegetables and seasoning evenly with the rice.
