1 Onion - roughly chopped
2 Tomatoes - roughly chopped
4 cloves Garlic
1 inch Ginger
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1.5 tablespoons Maharashtrian Goda Masala
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 sprig Curry leaves
3 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped for garnish
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
Salt - to taste
