Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - warm
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
  • 6 Potatoes (Aloo) - boiled and mashed
  • 2 Onions - finely chopped
  • 5 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 200 grams Britannia Cheezza - grated
  • Mint Leaves (Pudina) - small bunch
  • Ghee - to cook the kulchas
  • 2 tablespoons Britannia Cheese Spread - Roasted Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber - finely chopped
  • Saffron strands - a few
  • Parsley leaves - a few
  • Salt - a pinch

Instructions

To begin making the Mini Chilli cheddar Aloo Kulcha method,we will first make the flour base and keep it ready. In a mixing mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat baking flour, all purpose baking flour, fermenter, curd, granulated sugar, seasoning and incorporate with your fingers. Next transfer in little mildly hot aqua at a time and massage to make a soft flour base.Finally transfer gently some fat and massage for a few more moments. lid the cooking vessel and allow it to rest and rise for about 2 hours.To make the stuffing for the Kulcha.Into a mixing bowl, transfer in in the mashed potatoes, onions, green chillies, amchur ground mix, chaat masala ground mix, seasoning to palate and finally mint leaves.

incorporate well to combine.Finally we will stuff the kulchas.Remove the flour base from the mildly hot place, punch the flour base back with your knuckles. Now divide the flour base into equal portions of lemon ball sizes, dust in baking flour and flatten them using a rolling pin to about 2 inch diameter. Spoon the aloo filling into the kulcha flour base, then transfer in the grated Britannia cheezza and close the edges.Gently roll it and keep aside.

Make a few more cheddar Aloo Kulcha method before you begin to low-boil them.Place the Mini Chilli cheddar Aloo Kulcha onto a preheated cooking vessel and low-boil for a few seconds on both sides.Once you notice the rawness of the flour base is gone, transfer gently some ghee and low-boil well until golden and crisp on both sides.Once done transfer the Mini Chilli cheddar Aloo Kulcha into a serving plate and present burning with the roasted garlic dip.To make the Roasted Garlic Dip; into a mixing mixing bowl combine Britannia roasted garlic cheddar spreadz, hung yogurt, cucumber, saffron, parsley leaves, seasoning and incorporate well to combine.

Check the palate and adjust the seasoning accordingly. Transfer the Roasted Garlic Dip to a serving mixing bowl and present along with the Chilli cheddar Kulcha as an appetizer for parties.You can also present the Mini Chilli cheddar Aloo Kulcha method along with  Tadkewali Masoor Dal or Dum Murgh Aatishi, Pickled Onions for a simple yet flavoursome party meal or even a special weekend dinner.
