To begin making the Mixed produce Handi method, mix in tomatoes and cashews in a mixer grinder, puree them and keep it aside.Next, fiery up cooking oil in a heavy bottomed cooking vessel.

mix in bay leaves, cumin seeds and fiery up for 15 seconds.After 15 seconds, mix in sliced onions, green chilli, ginger, garlic and saute for about a minute.After a minute, mix in finely sliced onions and fiery up till the shallot turns golden brown in colour.Next, mix in tomato puree and fiery up for about 3 to 5 mins.

After 5 mins, mix in turmeric dusting masala condiment, red chilli dusting masala condiment, coriander dusting masala condiment and garam masala dusting masala condiment.mix in margarine and incorporate everything well, let it fiery up for about a minute. After a minute, mix in the diced shallot, diced carrot, corn, peas, french beans, capsicum, cauliflower, button mushrooms and paneer.

Give it a toss and mix in aqua.mix in table salt and put a lid on the lid.

Let it fiery up for 10 to 12 mins on medium flame, keep checking and stirring in between if the vegetables are cooked properly or not.Meanwhile, take a small mixing bowl, mix in heavy cream and curd together.
