1 cup Basmati rice - soaked for 30 minutes
1/2 cup Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - cubed
2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds - pounded
1 Bay leaf (tej patta)
2 Kashmiri dry red chillies
1 cup Iceberg lettuce - shredded
1/2 cup Spinach Leaves (Palak) - finely chopped
Black pepper powder - to taste
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil - as needed
Instructions
