  • 1 cup Basmati rice - soaked for 30 minutes
  • 1/2 cup Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - cubed
  • 2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds - pounded
  • 1 Bay leaf (tej patta)
  • 2 Kashmiri dry red chillies
  • 1 cup Iceberg lettuce - shredded
  • 1/2 cup Spinach Leaves (Palak) - finely chopped
  • Black pepper powder - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - as needed

Instructions
