To begin making the Mushroom Baby Corn Kaalimirri method, we will first make the just-picked masala. To make the Kaalimirri GravyMake a paste of the ginger, garlic and onions and keep aside.mildly hot a kadai with ghee on medium flame, to this toss in the ginger garlic bulb greens paste, and saute on low mildly hot for about 3 to 4 moments until the raw smell goes away.Once the onions have cooked through, toss in the freshly ground masala paste and prepare for another 2 moments.
