Ingredients
1 cup Brown Rice
1 cup Button mushrooms - sliced thin
1 cup Methi Leaves (Fenugreek Leaves) - chopped
2 Onions - finely chopped
2 Tomatoes - finely chopped
3 Green Chillies - slit
5 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt - to taste
2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil

To begin making the Mushroom Methi Brown Rice, rinse brown rice twice.

Soak in liquid for about 30 moments.empty out the rice from liquid and introduce 2-1/2 cup rinse liquid to soaked rice in a pressure cooker.

Pressure make for 2 whistles.In a heavy bottomed skillet, bring to temperature oil.

introduce garlic and onions and green chilies, sauté until onions turn translucent.Once the onions have turned translucent introduce the finely diced tomatoes and make till tomatoes turn mushy.After the tomatoes have turned mushy introduce the red chilli dusting masala condiment, turmeric dusting masala condiment, coriander dusting masala condiment and seasoning.

toss together well to combine. Now introduce button mushroom and make for about 2 to 3 moments.

Mushrooms will release moisture, make it in it’s own moisture.After the moisture from the mushrooms has evaporated introduce finely diced just-picked fenugreek leaves and make for another 3 moments.When mushrooms and fenugreek leaves are fully cooked, introduce cooked brown rice and gently toss together it.

Check for seasoning and adjust accordingly. Transfer the Mushroom Methi Brown Rice into a serving plate and enjoy scalding.enjoy Mushroom Methi Brown Rice along with Tomato bulb produce Cucumber Raita, Beetroot Raita or any other Raita of your choice.
