  • 1 Chicken breasts
  • 2 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Sichuan peppercorns - (timur)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 3 Green Chillies - minced
  • 1/2 Cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Making Nepalese Chicken Sekuwa formula requires overnight marination for best results so you can plan this dish in advance.Thoroughly wash and wash the chicken.
