2 cups Beetroot - finely grated
1 teaspoon Kalonji (Onion Nigella Seeds)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 Green Chilli - finely grated
1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
1 cup Water
Salt - to taste
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - for garnish (chopped for garnish)

To bgein making the Nigella Seed Beetroot Rice method, firstly prepare the rice and keep it aside.
