50 grams Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
40 grams Rolled Oats Or Instant Oats
50 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese)
1/4 cup Black olives - pitted
1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1/2 cup Walnuts
