250 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 Bay leaf (tej patta)
1 Star anise
1 Brown cardamom (Badi Elaichi)
1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
2 Green Chillies - slit
1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
1/4 cup Cashew nuts
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
Salt - to taste

To begin making the Paneer in White broth method, prep all the components and keep them ready.To make a paste of the cashew nuts, toss in it to the mixer grinder, toss in whole milk and pulse to make a even paste.bring to temperature ghee in a pot; toss in the green chillies, bay leaf, star anise, badi elaichi, cinnamon stick and saute for a few seconds.toss in the kasuri methi, the cashew paste, yogurt, table salt and paneer. Give the Paneer in white broth a mix gently and give it a brisk bring to a bubble gently. Once done, check the table salt and adjust according to palate and turn off the bring to temperature.Transfer the Paneer In White broth to a serving mixing bowl and dish up scalding.
