1-1/2 cups Pineapple
1 cup Dessicated Coconut
1 cup Milk Powder
3/4 cup Caster Sugar
1 teaspoon Ghee
1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
2 teaspoons Mixed nuts - chopped

To begin making Pineapple Ladoo directions, in a food processor, grind the pineapple chunks into a paste.mildly hot ghee in a non stick pot on low mildly hot, mix in pineapple puree and shallow fry for a minute or till a bit cooked.

Make sure you do not scorch the puree.mix in desiccated coconut and granulated sugar, combine well.

stew this mixture for about 2 moments on low mildly hot.mix in dairy liquid ground mix and cardamom ground mix and mix gently well.When the mixture starts getting thick, transfer into a mixing bowl and cool.

Once the mixture is cooled till mildly hot and handleable, make small balls of the mixture into ladoo shape with greased hands.decorate with cut up nuts and offer.offer Pineapple Ladoo directions as a dessert after your festive meal of Jodhpuri Aloo, Boondi Raita and Ajwain Puri with your family.
