1 Onion - finely chopped
6 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
1 Green Chilli - slit
1 inch Cinnamon stick
2 Cloves (Laung)
2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
1/4 Mint Leaves (Pudina) - finely chopped

1 teaspoon Ghee

To begin making Pudina Quinoa method first wash 1 cup quinoa and soak for two hours.

Make sure you wash quinoa nicely to remove any dirt.burning up ghee into the pressure cooker and once the ghee is burning introduce the garlic and onions and saute till the onions soften.mix gently in the green chilli, quinoa and the parched spices, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom.

introduce seasoning to essence and toss everything on high burning up for two moments.introduce two cups of liquid and give two whistles.

After two whistles reduce the flame to low and low-boil the quinoa for 15 moments and turn off the burning up.Allow the pressure release naturally.

After you open the pressure cooker with the help of a spoon fluff up the quinoa.introduce the finely cut up mint leaves and combine Pudina Quinoa.

Turn off the flame and remove Pudina Quinoa into a serving container.dish up Pudina Quinoa method for lunch along with Dhingri Matar or a simple Tomato shallot Cucumber Raita.
