500 gm arabic

3 green chillies - chopped straight
2 teaspoons ghee
1 teaspoon cumin
salt - as per taste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon Amchoor
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Coriander - For Garnish (as per use)
Instructions

To make Punjabi style Arabic vegetables, first wash the Arabic.

After washing, remove the skin and cut it out into thin long pieces.

Now bring to temperature cooking oil in a cooking vessel and mix in cumin seeds.

After 15 seconds, mix in green chilies and let it prepare for 1 minute.

After 1 minute mix in onions and prepare till they become soft.
