  • 2 Green Chillies - split
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 2 Tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon White Urad Dal (Split)
  • 1 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
  • 5 Curry leaves
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 inch Tamarind
