Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rajma (Large Kidney Beans) - soaked for 8 hours
  • 1/2 cup Horse Gram Dal (Kollu/ Kulith) - soaked for 8 hours
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • Water - to knead

Instructions

To begin making the Rajma and Horse gram Stuffed Paratha method into a container mix in the wheat ground mix, preparing cooking oil and mix in liquid gently and massage it into a firm and non-sticky pastry mix.

seal and  keep aside.Pressure burning up the soaked lentils in the pressure cooker with 1 cup liquid for about 4 whistle.

Dust the stuffed paratha ball in ground mix and roll into 5 inch diameter parathas.

Take care, the filling can ooze out if the pastry mix is rolled out too thin.Now to burning up Rajma and Horse gram Stuffed Paratha, first preheat the skillet on medium burning up.

Place the rolled paratha on top and allow it to burning up on one side.

After about 30 seconds, flip the paratha.At this stage, smear some cooking oil or ghee to burning up the paratha.
