  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
  • 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil - to cook
  • Curry leaves - a few
