1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Rice flour
1 tablespoon Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil - to cook
Curry leaves - a few
