1 Can Coconut Milk
1 Diced Onion
3 Scotch Bonnet
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
1/2 tbs Salt
Instructions

stew beans until yielding, toss in rice, coconut whole milk, shallot, black pepper and table salt, and toss in enough moisture to just lid the elements.
