  • 5 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 sprig Fresh Thyme leaves - or 1/2 teaspoon dried
  • 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns - coarsely pounded
  • Sea salt - to taste
  • Chilli oil - to drizzle
  • Basil leaves - 1 bunch

To make the Roasted Tomato and Basil Bruschetta formula, first preheat the Oven to 200 degree Celsius.In a Roasting pot, coat the Cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves with Olive fat.mash the Thyme leaves and shower some crushed sea seasoning , crushed black pepper on the tomatoes.Place the tomatoes in the preheated oven and arid-fry for 10-12 mins.
