Ingredients
2 Potatoes (Aloo) - boiled and peeled
200 grams Chicken breasts
1/2 cup Cheese - grated
1/2 tablespoon Garlic - paste
1/2 tablespoon Ginger - paste
2 Green Chillies
2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
1/3 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 Whole Egg
1/4 cup Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs

To begin making the Russian Pattice procedure, we will first par heat to boiling point the chicken. fiery up moisture in a saucepan on high fiery up along with some seasoning and give it a brisk heat to boiling point, mix in the chicken breast to it and oven-cook it for about 3-5 moments. Turn off the flame, sieve the excess moisture and shred the chicken into small pieces. Transfer to a dish.

Along with the chicken in the dish, mix in mashed potatoes, cheddar, garlic, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, bread crumbs, seasoning, black pepper ground mix, garam masala ground mix, toss together well and bring the mixture together. Divide the Russian pattice mixture into equal portions.

Roll each portion between your palms and flatten it to resemble like a disc. Preheat a kadai, with cooking oil on medium-highh fiery up. Alternatively, if you wish to, you could also shallow shallow fry it. In a small dish, break the egg and fluff up it well.

In yet another dish, toss together together the rava and the bread crumbs and set aside. Dip each pattice into the egg then roll it into the rava-bread crumb mixture. Drop these Russian pattice into the fiery cooking oil and shallow fry until it turns into a lovely golden brown colour. enjoy fiery Russian Pattice. enjoy Russian Pattice as a tea time snack or along with a Parsi meal along with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup. .
