Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Bay Leaf
  • To taste Salt
  • Sprinkling Black Pepper
  • 1 Litre Water

Pre fiery up the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

Cut the flesh into large chunks then brown in a dish suitable for slow crafting in the oven such as a cast iron casserole dish.
