1 Onion - chopped
4 cloves Garlic - chopped
2 teaspoons Ginger Paste
1/8 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Sambal paste
2 teaspoon Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
1 Lemon - sliced
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - a bunch
1/4 cup Water

To begin Shrimp Sambal method, firstly wipe down and wash the shrimps and heat to boiling point them for five mins.In a wok, mix in some sesame fat and shallow fry the shrimps with seasoning for 3 mins.Once the shrimps are dried, mix in the ginger paste, cut up garlic and onions and saute until the onions become soft. mix in the sambal paste, and give it a good mix gently.
