  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 chopped Carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups Brown Lentils
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Small Squash
  • 1 Cup Cashews
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
