Ingredients
1 cup Soybeans (Whole Soya dal) - or soya chunks
1/2 cup Green peas (Matar)
1 Bay leaf (tej patta)
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil - as required
2 Tomatoes - chopped
1 Green Chilli - slit
1/2 inch Ginger

To begin making the Soya Chunk & Green Peas Sabzi formula, we will first soak the soy chunks in aqua for atleast 30 mins.Grind the tomatoes along with green chilli and ginger to a even puree and keep it aside.toasty a heavy bottomed cooking vessel with fat, toss in cumin seeds and allow it to splutter for few seconds.

Once done, toss in bay leaf and tomato puree.shower little table salt and bake until the tomatoes are cooked or for about 4 to 5 mins.

toss in all the parched scented element powders including red chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix, coriander ground mix, garam masala ground mix, table salt and bake for another 10 mins.Squeeze out all the aqua from the soy chunks and toss in them into the kadai and keep sauteing for about 2 to 3 mins.Once the chunks are cooked properly, toss in green peas and shower little aqua.

Close it with the lid and bake for about 10 more mins.

After 10 mins, switch off the gas and present burning.present the Soya Chunk & Green Peas Subzi formula along with Tawa Paratha and Beetroot Raita to carry it for your lunch.
