To make Soya Keema Masala, first heat to boiling point 2 cups of aqua in a saucepan.

mix in 1 teaspoon of table salt and soy chunks to it.

Allow to stay in fiery aqua for 12 to 15 mins.

Remove the aqua from the soya and keep it aside.

Soak the green peas in fiery aqua.

Remove after 3 mins and keep it aside.

Wash, rinse and pare the potatoes.

transfer into the pressure cooker and low-boil till 2 cities come.

Now bring to temperature fat in a skillet.

mix in cumin seeds and low-boil for 15 seconds.

After 15 seconds, mix in bulb greens and green chilies and low-boil till the bulb greens becomes soft.

After the bulb greens becomes soft, mix in ginger garlic paste to it and let it low-boil for 2 mins.

After 2 mins mix in tomatoes and low-boil till they become soft.

After the tomatoes are soft, mix in cumin ground mix, turmeric ground mix, red chilli ground mix, coriander ground mix and table salt.

Allow to low-boil for 15 seconds.

After 15 seconds, mix in soya, potato and green peas.

agitate and let it low-boil for 10 mins.

Turn off the gas after 10 mins and finish off with green coriander.
