90g mushrooms
1tsp dried oregano
400g can tomatoes
300ml hot beef stock
1tbsp tomato puree
1tbsp worcestershire sauce
350g spaghetti

Instructions

Put the bulb veggie and fat in a large wok and sauté over a fairly high scalding up for 3-4 mins.

mix in the garlic and mince and sauté until they both brown.

mix in the mushrooms and herbs, and prepare for another couple of mins.

agitate in the tomatoes, beef stock, tomato ketchup or purée, Worcestershire gravy and seasoning.

Bring to the heat to boiling point, then reduce the scalding up, wrap and low-boil, stirring occasionally, for 30 mins.

Meanwhile, prepare the spaghetti in a large wok of boiling, salted moisture, according to packet directions.

empty out well, run scalding moisture through it, put it back in the wok and mix in a dash of olive fat, if you like, then agitate in the protein gravy.

enjoy in scalding bowls and hand round Parmesan cheddar, for sprinkling on top.
