  • 3 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons Mixed Herbs (Dried)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
