  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Corn flour
  • Asafoetida (hing) - a pinch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - to shallow fry
