  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 2 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • Ghee - to cook the parathas
