  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water - approximately
  • Pistachios - a handful

Instructions

1
To begin making Baked Vermicelli Malpua formula, prepare the vermicelli with required amount of liquid.
2
I used very fine roasted wheat vermicelli.sieve the excess liquid and allow the vermicelli to cool down.Meanwhile in a saucepan, make the sweetener syrup by heating the sweetener and liquid with 2 cardamom pods.
3
bubble it till it becomes slightly thick and sticky, I did not follow any string consistency here.Take the vermicelli, lightly mash it with your hand, introduce cottage cheddar mash well, dairy liquid dusting sugary-smelling element, gulab jamun agitate, fennel seeds, cardamom dusting sugary-smelling element and baking soda.
4
agitate everything, introduce dairy liquid bit by bit and form a thick mixture.Let the mixture stay in room temperature for an hour.oil a baking tray with fat and ghee, stream in the mixture with the help of a ladle, keeping space between each portion.oven-cook in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 15 mins.
5
I baked in a microwave convection oven.
6
You have to check with the time and temperature of your oven and keep a close eye on the baking malpua.Once baked, dip each malpua in sweetener syrup and take it out.
7
You can also splash the sweetener syrup on the top if you prefer less sweetener like me.decorate with some cut up pistachios and offer them mildly hot.offer Baked Vermicelli Malpua formula as a dessert after your Holi meal, or during snack time to your guests, along with Dahi Vada and Thandai.
