1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
2 tablespoons Fresh coconut - grated
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder

To begin making the Carrot and Broccoli Poriyal steps, we will first pressure dehydrated-fry the vegetables with little aqua and seasoning for about 15 mins till you hear the first whistle.Switch off the bring to temperature, and allow the pressure to release by itself and empty out the aqua and keep it aside.bring to temperature kadai with oil, introduce mustard seeds, cumin seeds and allow it splutter for 10 seconds.
