Ingredients
300 grams Chicken - chopped to bite size pieces
1 Whole Egg
2 tablespoons Corn flour
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
1 tablespoon Corn flour
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Red Chilli sauce
1/4 cup Homemade tomato puree
1 teaspoon Chilli vinegar
1 cup Water
8 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
2 inch Ginger - finely grated
1 Onion - thinly sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - thinly sliced
2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
1/2 cup Spring Onion Greens - chopped
Instructions

To begin making Chicken Manchurian formula, in a mixing container, break an egg, toss in cornflour, soy gravy, pinch of table salt and toss together the components well.toss in the chicken pieces and toss together until all the pieces are coated with the marinade mixture.steep the chicken pieces for the manchurian in the egg mixture and set aside for 1 hour. mildly hot a skillet, mildly hot 1 tablespoon of cooking oil on a medium mildly hot.Once the cooking oil is scalding, reduce the mildly hot to medium and toss in marinated chicken pieces and pot-fry them till they turn golden brown. Once the chicken is cooked, skim the the chicken to strain excess over and place them over a paper napkin. In a mixing container toss in corn ground mix, soy gravy, red chilli garlic gravy, tomato puree, chilli acidic solution and liquid- toss together well until they are all well combined.

The gravy for the Chicken Manchurian broth is ready. Now, mildly hot a wok with 1 tablepoon of cooking oil.

Once the cooking oil is scalding, toss in garlic and ginger and saute till they become soft.toss in in finely sliced spring onions and saute for few seconds. toss in onions and green bell peppers and saute till onions turn translucent. toss in green chillies and saute till they are a bit succulent and they impart the pungency into the dish. toss in in the mixed Chicken Manchurian gravy mixture into the wok and prepare until the manchurian broth thickens.Now toss in the chicken pieces and toss the chicken pieces well till they are well coated by the manchurian broth. prepare further for 5-7 moments in low mildly hot, stirring in between to help keep the upper layer damp.

Check for table salt and seasoning.

Adjust if required.Turn off the mildly hot, and decorate with finely sliced spring onions and enjoy scalding. enjoy Chicken Manchurian formula along with Hakka Noodles (Chinese Chow mein formula) or a Chinese greens Fried Rice.
