Ingredients

  • 200 grams Britannia Cheese Block - grated
  • 6 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • 2 Onions - finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Kalonji (Onion Nigella Seeds)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ghee - to smear while cooking

Instructions

To begin making Chilli cheddar Paratha directions, into a mixing container mix in the grated cheddar, green chillies, onions, mint leaves, cumin dusting masala condiment and mix gently well to combine.

Keep aside.To make the flour base, into a mixing container mix in the wheat baking flour, kalonji seeds, seasoning to notes and mix in little liquid at a time and shape to make a seamless flour base.Divide the flour base into large lemon size portions and keep aside. Take a portion of the flour base in baking flour and roll into a 3 inch diameter circle.

Place a large tablespoon of the stuffing in the center of the circle.Bring the edges together and seal the flour base. Dust the stuffed ball in baking flour and roll into a flat paratha. To prepare the Chilli cheddar Paratha, place the rolled out cheddar paratha on a preheated skillet.mildly hot the paratha for a few seconds on both sides.
