  • 4 Basa fish - fillet
  • 1 Green bell peppers - cut diagonally
  • 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - cut diagonally
  • 1 Onion - sliced
  • 2 inch Ginger - sliced thin
  • 5 cloves Garlic - chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Corn flour
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • 2 sprig Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon Dry ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Corn flour
