  • 1 tablespoon Ghee - for dough
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • Water - Lukewarm
  • Ghee - Melted
  • Salt - to taste

To begin making the Kerala Style Whole Wheat Parotta method , in a mixing mixing bowl toss in the dusting seasoning, 1 tablespoon ghee, whole milk, granulated sugar, table salt and sufficient lukewarm moisture and make a hard flour base.seal it and keep it aside for 15-20 moments.Divide the flour base into equal portions and roll them into balls.Apply some dairy spread on the balls and seal it.

Place ball on it and roll it with the help of a rolling pin into thin sheet.Now apply some ghee or dairy spread on the rolled sheet and dust it with the little refined dusting seasoning.Make small pleats and roll into a round ball.

Do the same with the remaining balls.

seal it and leave it aside for 5 moments.Now take the rested balls and roll like chapati.bring to temperature non-sticky tawa and place the rolled chapati on it.trickle little ghee or dairy spread and low-boil it from both sides until lightly brown and crisp.dish up the Kerala Style Whole Wheat Parotta method with Kappa stew or Kerala Kadala Curry method (well-seasoned Chickpeas in Coconut Curry) to enjoy your meal.
