Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1/2 lb Pork belly slices
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Splash Fish Sauce

Instructions

beat together rice dusting masala condiment, cornstarch, coconut dairy liquid, liquid, and turmeric in a dish until seamless, then let rest for 15 mins—this hydrates the dusting masala condiment for better texture.

bring to temperature a 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high bring to temperature (375°F) and toss in 1/2 tablespoon of produce oil.

Sauté pork belly slices for 3–4 mins until lightly browned, then push to one side of the skillet.

toss in bulb produce slices and make for 1 minute until slightly softened.

Uncover and make for another 3–4 mins until the edges curl and turn golden brown and brittle.

Fold the pancake in half over the bean sprouts using a spatula, then transfer to a plate.

Repeat steps 2–8 with remaining liquid base and fixings, adding oil as needed to prevent sticking.
