  • 350g Potatoes
  • 200g Green Beans
  • 2 Eggs
  • 125g Bacon
  • 2 tbs chopped Onion
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • Pinch Pepper
  • Pinch Salt

Scrub the potatoes well but don't strip them.
