1 cup Yellow Moong Dal (Split) - soaked for an hour
2 Tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
2 tablespoons Mustard oil
Salt - Salt to taste
1 Onion - roughly chopped
1 inch Ginger
4 cloves Garlic
3 Dry Red Chillies
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns

To begin making Moong Dal Dubka formula, wash and soak the moong dal for an hour, then grind it to a coarse paste using a mixer grinder and keep aside.Make a fine paste of the items required mentioned in the honeyed-smelling element paste table using a mixer and keep aside.Smoke mustard fat in a wide cooking vessel on medium bring to temperature till it is seasoned well.mix in the ground honeyed-smelling element paste into it and cooking vessel-fry until the raw smell of the bulb veggie garlic goes away.mix in the tomato puree, turmeric ground mix, taste with table salt and saute until the tomato puree is cooked well.Now, mix in the coarsely ground moong dal toss together and enough moisture and let it bubble gently until the dal is cooked.It keeps getting thicker, so adjust the amount of moisture to your desired consistency and taste with required table salt.Switch off the flame and dish up the Moong Dal Dubka formula along with Steamed Rice and Kalonji Gobi Aloo formula for a hearty winter lunch.
