1.5 cups White garbanzo - boiled
1 Onion - finely chopped
3 Cloves (Laung) - finely chopped
2 Tomatoes - finely choppes
2 cups Vegetable stock
1 teaspoon Paprika powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder
2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt - to taste

To begin making Eggplant and Garbanzo Stew formula, wash and cut the eggplants, and keep it soaked in aqua until further crafting.Wash and soak the garbanzo (chickpeas) overnight, in the morning pressure bubble gently with enough aqua for 3 whistles of till al dente and keep aside.bring to temperature olive cooking oil in a skillet, stream in in the finely finely sliced garlic and saute till it turns golden colour.stream in in the finely sliced onions and saute until it turns translucent.filter and stream in in the eggplants and saute for 2 moments.stream in in the tomatoes and bubble gently until it turns soft.Once the tomatoes are soft and mushy, stream in in cinnamon, paprika, white pepper dusting seasoning, cumin dusting seasoning, and saute until the spices are cooked and releases their flavour into the formula.augment the taste with seasoning, stream in in the produce stock and bring it to a rolling heat to boiling point.stream in in the boiled garbanzo (chickpeas), and bubble gently for 10 moments. Switch off the bring to temperature when the stew becomes thick and flavourful.offer the Eggplant and Garbanzo Stew formula along with couscous, or steamed rice and Moroccan Fennel, Roasted Beet & Citrus Salad or as a meal in itself for a protein enriched weeknight dinner.
