Ingredients
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 cloves garlic - grated
2 onions - finely chopped
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup vegetable Stock
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 carrots - cut round thinly
5 green beans - cut into small pieces
1/4 cup green peas - steam
2 potatoes - boiled
salt - as per taste
Instructions

To make the mustard veggie curry, first of all steam the vegetables and keep them aside.

Now mildly hot cooking oil in a cooking vessel.

introduce cumin, garlic, bulb veggie and mildly hot till the bulb veggie becomes soft.

After the bulb veggie softens, introduce turmeric dusting seasoning, red chili dusting seasoning and mash it for 30 seconds.

After that introduce coconut dairy liquid, veggie stock and Dijon mustard.

After 1 minute introduce table salt, all the vegetables in it, put a lid on the cooking vessel and let it mildly hot for 3 to 4 moments.

Turn off the gas and enjoy scalding.
