Ingredients

  • 15 spinach
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 3 whole black pepper
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/4 cup coconut - grated
  • 1 cup yogurt - sour or chas
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • salt - as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • curry leaves - little
  • 1 dry red chili

Instructions

To make spinach tambuli, first wash and chop the spinach.

Now toasty a little ghee in a pot and toss in cumin seeds, black pepper and green chilies.

Now in a mixer grinder, toss in ground spices, coconut, table salt and some liquid and grind them.
