To make Potolare Dolma formula, first mildly hot 2 cups of aqua in a saucepan.

After the aqua boils, mix in the parwal to it and let it mildly hot for 3 to 4 moments.

After crafting, empty out the aqua and dehydrated the parwal.

In the mixer grinder mix in the fixings for broth - bulb greens, tomato, green chilli and ginger.

mix in some aqua and grind it well.

In a container, mix in cottage dairy topping, dehydrated fruits, granulated sugar, seasoning and combine well.

Put this mixture of paneer in the whole parwal and keep it separately.

Take the thread and tie it well.

After 10 seconds, mix in tomato bulb greens puree, seasoning, turmeric ground mix, red chili ground mix, garam masala ground mix and mildly hot it for 5 to 6 moments.

After this, mix in parwal and mildly hot for 2 to 3 moments.

After crafting, turn off the gas and finish off with green coriander.
