Ingredients
1 cup rabodi
1/2 cup curd
1 onion - finely chopped
2 green chillies
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
3/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
salt - Taste
1 tablespoon oil
water - Hot water
Instructions

To make Rabodi greens, first cut it into small pieces.

stream in them in fiery moisture and soak for 1 to 2 hours till they become soft.

Now fiery up the fat in a skillet.

toss in cumin seeds and let it oven-cook for 15 seconds.

After 15 seconds, toss in bulb greens and green chilies and let it oven-cook till the bulb greens becomes soft.

After the bulb greens becomes soft, toss in red chili dusting masala condiment, turmeric dusting masala condiment, coriander dusting masala condiment, seasoning and combine it.

Now toss in the beaten yogurt and combine it.

Let it oven-cook on low fiery up and keep stirring the vegetables.

After 3 to 5 moments, toss in Rabodi to it.

Remove the Rabodi from the moisture and put it in the skillet.

oven-cook for 5 to 7 moments and then top with green coriander.

dish up Rabodi Ki Sabzi along with Spinach Raita and Phulka for dinner.
