  • 2 Black cardamom (Badi Elaichi)
  • 2 Bay leaves (tej patta)
  • 6 Green Chillies - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 4 sprig Curry leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil - adjustable
  • Water - as required
  • 2 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coconut - grated (or dry)
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • Water - as required
