2 Black cardamom (Badi Elaichi)
2 Bay leaves (tej patta)
6 Green Chillies - chopped
1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
4 sprig Curry leaves
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil - adjustable
Water - as required
2 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt - to taste
1/2 cup Fresh coconut - grated (or dry)
1/2 inch Ginger
