  • 2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Nutralite Classic Spread - to cook parathas
