  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Shallots
  • 4 sliced Spring Onions
  • Bunch Chives
  • 5 tablespoons Sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
