400 grams Flat Green Beans - cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
2 Dry Red Chillies
1 sprig Curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
Salt - to taste
3 tablespoons Fresh coconut
5 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Tamarind Paste
