1/4 cup Carrots (Gajjar) - thinly sliced
1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - finely chopped
1/4 cup Onions - thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Ginger - grated
Salt and Pepper - to taste
3 tablespoon All Purpose Flour (Maida) - dissolved in 1/4 cup water
Sunflower Oil - for deep frying
